Brief
The project aimed to build an effective email newsletter campaign, target specific audiences through a curated address base, and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility. This included content creation and paid ads for promotions.
What We Did
We developed bi-monthly newsletters using Wix.com to keep subscribers updated on restaurant events, promotions, and new menu items. We also built a contact database of over 50 local businesses, hotels, and event professionals, targeting potential catering clients through market analysis.
For social media, I created and executed a strategy focusing on engaging content that aligned with restsurant’s brand values. We managed content creation (video, photos) across platforms, including Instagram and Facebook, designed posts using Canva, and implemented paid ad campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
Results
The email marketing campaigns resulted in increased customer retention and higher engagement rates. Social media efforts grew the follower base and boosted engagement through targeted ads, contributing to overall business growth and higher event attendance.

Brief
We aimed to create engaging and visually appealing content to showcase the bar’s unique ambiance and offerings. The goal was to increase follower growth, enhance brand recognition, and boost engagement through organic social media campaigns.
What We Did
We crafted an Instagram content strategy, produced original posts highlighting bar staff, and executed a campaign that focused on personalized customer experiences. Also developed a visually cohesive Instagram grid, using creative storytelling to highlight the bar’s features.
Results
Increased followers from 1,230 to 5,690. One of the cocktail-themed videos garnered 1.2M views, enhancing the bar’s brand recognition and leading to substantial business growth.

Brief
The objective was to increase the restaurant’s social media presence, align content with current trends, and foster a deeper connection with its audience by sharing behind-the-scenes stories and restaurant updates.
What We Did
We expanded the social media presence by producing high-quality, trendy content and sharing personal stories from the restaurant. I introduced staff and shared key updates to keep the audience engaged.
Results
Increased followers from 300 to 5,839. Produced viral content (221 k+ views of one video) that not only boosted engagement but also highlighted touching customer stories, which enhanced brand loyalty.
